||Unfortunately, no one here can help you stop receiving unwanted phone calls. All this forum can do is help you identify who the caller is. According to reports on a similar site, this is Direct TV. You might try calling them and asking them to remove your number from their call list. If you are a customer of Direct TV (as am I) you can go onto the web site and uncheck the box that says you wish to receive special offers.

||I got a call from this number, is showed up on the caller ID as Magazine Connection. I answered it, and a girl asked if she could talk to my boyfriend. The call is from Colorado,we are in Texas. When I said no, she just hung up on me. I tried calling the number back a few times right afterwards, to have our name taken off of a list (assuming it was a telemarketer) and there was no answer, it just kept ringing. The girl sounded like she had a tongue ring, and she asked for him like she knew him, not very professional.

||I received a phone call from this number the evening of October , . The caller explained that he was a friend of the family and my brother was ready to be released from the mental facility in Harris County Texas. The caller had the name of my brother and my name which caused immediate concern on my part. He stated that he was feeling better and was ready for someone to come pick him up and he'd help. After asking a few questions, I learned the person he was calling about (according to him) was years old. My brother lives in another state and is in his early forty's. When asked how he got my number to call he simply said from a friend. I have no idea if this was a simple mistake, or if there was something other than a mistake behind this call.
||You have been blocked from ... If you wish to speak to this number, you may call the police, and see if they care.
||I have not applied for a loan or even looked for information on a loan. However, starting today (April , ) at : this morning I have received call after call after call and it's the same voicemail left, you have only a couple of hours until your loan is deposited into your account, call us back for more information. I blocked the number thinking that would help, it did not. They started to block their number so it would still call my phone and every minuets they call and leave the same automated voicemail. I finally called back and got a mailbox, left a message saying take my number off of your call list. minutes later I got another voicemail from them, called back an spoke to Ahab (not being funny, this is what he stated his name to be), never told the name of the company so I do not know that information, but I told him I had already left a message saying to take my number off the call list and he said he would do it and hung up. minutes later got another voicemail from them, and now it's been every minutes. I've tried to call back and they keep answering and hanging up on me. HELP....

||According to the FTC's complaint in the first case, Brian Ebersole, Voice Marketing, Inc., and BB Voice Broadcasting, Inc. (the Voice Marketing Defendants) provided clients with access to computers, telecommunications services, and automated dialers needed to make telephone calls and deliver prerecorded messages. The Voice Marketing Defendants had the ability to make thousands of telephone calls simultaneously and deliver more than one million prerecorded messages each day. They also sold access to their voice broadcasting technology through intermediaries – or resellers – that sold robocall services under various names. The Voice Marketing Defendants made hundreds of millions of telephone calls that played prerecorded messages on behalf of such resellers. One such reseller was JGRD, Inc. dba VoiceBlaze – along with principles Charles Joseph Garis, Jr. and Randall Keith Delp– all of whom were named as defendants (the VoiceBlaze Defendants) in a separate FTC enforcement action. According to the FTC's complaint, the VoiceBlaze Defendants marketed voice broadcasting services that used automated dialing equipment to deliver prerecorded messages through telephone calls. Here is one of the scumbags LinkedIn profile:http:www.linkedin.compubbrian-ebersolea?_mSplash=
