Post by me,

6368124000 Received a call from this number from a man named Naveen Satywali today - I definitely had to have him repeat pretty much everything, and it makes sense now that he was probably from India - That is fine, if it is legitimate - But I am just really afraid and hesitant now and seeing that anyone who posts anything positive about Rose International are few and far between and seem like they are just in on the ploy - -Should've gone with my first instinct when I thought it the email was a scam - There are definitely a lot of red flags, and although they didn't ask for my social, I still emailed them my resume AFTER they said they had already SEEN my resume prior to contacting me - He also called me about three times within ten minutes and wanting a detailed run-down of my entire resume and asked what my middle initial "C" stood for - I know having just your name and address out there is dangerous, which is why you're supposed to shred your mail, right? So - I just hope nothing becomes of this -

636-812-4000 I have previously worked for Rose International - They placed me on a few different IT assignments - Contract work seems to be more common in the current industry and economy - I like the flexibility of contract positions - Everyone I encountered at Rose was easy to connect with, so my questions were answered in a timely manner -

Post by recruiter,

636-812-4000 Hi,I am a recruiter with Rose - I can see that a lot of people are concerned about rose being legitimate or not -well it is and I myself have placed a few  persons -The last candidate I placed was also skeptical after I asked her about her ssn, but I didn't forced her to do so - so she called in and had a talk with one of our managers, me being in conference and was comfortable to provide the ssn(last ) - so I was able to get her submitted, we got an interview request and finally an offer from the client -I just want to clarify Rose International is a legitimate firm and we are here to help -Recruiter

6368124000 Recruiting is now a global endeavor -   Employers don't out-source these tasks based on location, they choose contracting agencies that have the resources to meet the needs -It is not at all unusual to get a call from a recruiting agency across the country or across the globe -  Of course, the location of the contract is something different -  Make sure they know where you are located and your limits in terms of commute -

Post by DiligentAnt,

636-812-4000 That's exactly what I did - The guy wouldn't shut up about why he needed my SSN, at which point I told him the conversation was over and to never contact me again -

Post by Sabrina,

6368124000 Hello all - I'm currently a stay @ home mom located in Hawaii who's looking for work again - After being in the nursing field for many years and it's toll that has taken on my back I have begun to learn new skills to change my career - I have my resume posted on Monster, Careerbuilder, and a few others I believe - -hard to keep track - Yesterday, , I received an email from a company named Rose International (www -roseint -com) for a open position based with Kaiser Permanente (Data Entry Operator II) - EMAILS BE POSTED AT END OF COMPLAINT - The recruiter and I replied back and forth a few times as well as talked on the phone, although on the phone I had to speak to his supervisor because I couldn't understand a word that he was saying - NOTE TO SELF & OTHERS - -if you can't understand the caller who is proposing a job offer to you it's not worth it - -and why would companies out there hire employees that barely know any English - -use your funds for educating your employees who are trying to put your company out there to get jobs to job seekers - Anywho, I am currently linked to Staffing Solutions of Hawaii as well as SOS Staffing (Staffing Partners) - I also look on craigslist for job offers as well - So, as I was looking there today I found a job offer posted by SSOH for a Data Entry Operator II that was working within the healthcare field and with Kaiser Permanente - Some things were different in the posting though compared to what I received from Rose International - The pay was different as well as no benefits was offered through Rose Int - Yet benefits are offered through the staffing based companies I'm linked with here in Hawaii - To me it looked just just a copy and paste it type thing with some adjustments - Also while talking on the phone last evening with Rose Int - to the supervisor it was strange to receive a call, I kid you not, seconds after we had hung up prior just to ask for my full legal name on my SS# card & my previous alias's (maiden or other names) - They did not ask for my SS# at all though, just my legal name on it - We also spoke of the time differences - -I'm in Hawaii which is hours earlier than Missouri (MO) - The supervisor stated that headquarters is there, but they were calling from California (CA) who is hours ahead of me at the time of the convo - I asked them why they were working so late @ pm and they stated that they work longer when there's a dire need for a position to get filled - I also heard in the background that it didn't really seem like they were in an office setting because all I heard was banging and nailing on the walls and the transfer time between switching calls over was sketchy - SO, when I already was having a weird feeling about this company I tried finding them on the BBB -org - Couldn't find them and decided to type the number in Google search and here I am at this website - I read through all of the complaints from back in to recently December - I feel for all of you that are upset as am I - I communicate with SSOH every other day and spoke with them today, , about the situation and they agreed with me that it all sounded weird as well and they would give a heads up to the staffing manager - All I know is, is that when I get the feeling of hairs standing up on the back of my neck and a knot in my stomach or even the feeling of being irked by a situation, I stop and don't continue - So there it is everyone - -my one and only complaint of this company called Rose International - Below are the copies of the emails exchanged between them and myself - Thanx for reading and I hope this helps as a reference to all - Good-bye - -Urgent Job Opening: - Data Entry Operator II - Honolulu, HIVinod Parihar [email&#;protected] * * : PM ( hours ago) Hello Natalie,Hope you are doing well -My name is Vinod Parihar and I am Recruiter in Rose International - I wanted to provide you with some information regarding the position we currently have available - Position:          Data Entry Operator IILocation:          Honolulu, HIDuration:          + MonthsHours :             per wk If interested just send me your latest updated resume with expected hourly pay rate on W (without benefits) - Experience: Previous clerical office experience preferredWork Environment: Administrative OfficesScope of Project: To assist with Contract & Benefits Department to ensure timely renewalsTop skills needed: Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, problem solvingTop daily responsibilies; 6368124000 My buddy Got hired out of chicago for At&T they never asked him for this stuff I gave him my resume - and am waiting the recruiter - No one asks for SSNs that does not have an ulterior motive - I have only been asked once before about an from a company other than rose SSN  the pattern is the same - They call and call trying to convince you to give them your SSN the SSN is the Prize - Call your local social security admin office and cll AT&T or BOA - And of course we all know  you will be required to provide personal info; but not that early in the process - Err on the side of caution - I have worked for the computer merchant ,Robert Half , and Been recruited by Tek Systems etc - They never followed this protocol b - I would NEVER NEVER NOT NOOOOOOT EVER be persuaded to give up this information it is not the proper form - They use your condition and prey on your hopes and aspirations - Be Wise

Post by Cassie Coleman,

636-812-4000 Joseph Brown, Rose International, emailed me stating that he saw my resume on Career Builders - went through the scenerio about having an opportunity at siemens and "pretended" to have an interview set up for me in Tarrytown - close to where i reside -  Then sent an email stating that he would send me the person to whom i will be seeing and the address in hours - hrs later he emailed me about it being an "example" of what type of service they had and that he was checking my employment status - These people are liars and con-artist - seeking people out and giving them false hope for employment opportunities - all i have to say is what goes around comes around

Post by Recruiter - Rose International,

636-812-4000 The only reason a social is asked for is for the rehire policy from BOA - It's not Rose International at all, but all agencies need it in order to submit you to a position with BOA to determine if you're eligible to work for BOA - ONLY REASON

Post by Cre5187,

6368124000 Have any of you been given an offer letter by Rose International with a start date and after you quit your job, they pull the job from you?

Post by Rose Recruiter,

636-812-4000 The only bad experience here that has occured is our recruiters dealing with paranoid people like you - We have been working hard to get AMERICANS jobs for over years -sure we make a commission if we are successful -I assure you the employment opportunities are REAL

Post by Former Contractor,

636-812-4000 If Bank of America is on your resume and some of your experience matched what Rose is looking for, on behalf of BoA - -this is why you were contacted, however, they wouldn't know if you have ever worked for them or if you qualify as a re-hire, unless they run the ssn through their system and BoA will eventually do the same -

Post by Linda,

6368124000 Sorry - I disagree about the legality of asking for a social security number -  NEVER PROVIDE it -   I have worked for both large corporations and tech consulting companies and have never given my social security number to ANYONE prior to filling out the background check  after I was offered the job -
